Some Thoughts...
I've moved quite a bit during my life, and since we have been married, and it seems like each time I am able to deal with it all pretty well until a few months after I've moved and then I start thinking about all the things I miss about the last place I've lived. Right now I've been thinking about the people I miss in Seattle. I recently read this post about my good friend in Seattle who just adopted a beautiful baby girl. There were so many emotions running through me as I thought about all that they have been through, and what a miracle this baby is to their family. Then it got me thinking about all of the people in that area who mean so much to me. I really do miss my friends out there. When you move often, and you aren't near your family, the new people that you meet become your family. Now, once again, I find myself far away from so many people I love, and hoping to make more good friends here. I know I will, and when we move from here, I will will be writing another post about the people I miss so much in Wisconsin. To all those who were so good to us in Seattle, we haven't forgotten you and hope to come back and visit someday!

You moved back to Wisconsin?? What city did you move to??
sniff, sniff. We miss you guys too!!! It's hard to move away and meet new people, but you will make new friends. I didn't want to move from N.Seattle to Everett and I have way more friends up here than we did in N.Seattle.
It always takes a little while to find a nitch, but you'll find it! What's your new ward like? What are the demographics?
Thanks for your email the other day-- we would love to meet up with you guys. For our 2 months off, we're actually traveling almost the whole time (AZ for November and PA for December) staying with family while John interviews, so we'll have to meet up after we get back in January. But we definitely want to meet up. We didn't drive through your town on our way down from Greenbay-- we took I-43 instead of the 41. So we definitely want to see Appleton still! We'll make the trip sometime in 2010. And if you're ever down in Milwaukee, let me know.
Thanks Jeanne. We are blessed. We miss you too. And I have a feeling we'll understand EXACTLY how you feel in about 2 months!
I remember when you guys first moved here and you only knew a few people. Now look at how much you've grown and experienced and all the fun we've had. We certainly miss you! Your new family pic is CUTE too!
Remember, we have 3 guest beds and a play and pack too... and lots of cars and toys. We really miss you. This year when the U beats the Y it just won't be the same"}
We miss you SO much! Whenever I'm at playgroup I think "Where's Jeanne?" Then I remember and I miss you. You really will meet so many new friends and then we'll be like "Hey, remember us?!" :) Have fun!
Nice, you made me cry. I really do miss you guys. (well, I didn't miss Kevin last week "} ) It's hard to say good-bye. It is sad that Katelyn won't get to know us but so glad that we got to meet her and I really miss Jackson. and you too.
