Why my laundry was piled so high.

Way back when I posted about my laundry basket, I ment to explain why it was so backed up, but I never did. We went to Wisconsin Dells where they have some of the biggest indoor water parks. It was a blast and a much needed vacation for our family. Jackson even went down these huge slides (with Kevin or me of course!)
Here they are coming out of the slide.
Kevin and I would take turns going down the slids without tubes. I went down first and of course my hair got soaking wet. Then I took the kids while Kev went down. Kaitlyn was playing happily in the kiddie pool until she turned and looked at me. She immediatly started crying and I stood there holding her as people turned to look. Kaitlyn didn't recognize me with my wet hair and so she screamed until Kevin came back and she jumped into his arms. I was so sad that my little girl didn't know who I was. We thought she would get used to it over 3 days, but even on the last day we were there, she would still cry when she saw me with wet hair!

They also had a little theme park. Jackson loved the race cars.

I'm glad I have a little buddy to go on the teacups with me. We didn't really spin them much though.

Wow! What a great picture of them coming out of the slide. It looks professional with the water splashing and all.

Oh poor you... and Kaitlyn! I know a poor boy who lost his dad with the shave of a mustache! It's pretty traumatic!
