Last November I was asked to work with the Young Women at our church. I was pretty overwhelmed at first because I knew it would take a lot of time, but I have absolutely loved it! I enjoy getting to know the girls and watching them interact with each other. The youth these days have a lot of challenges, but I'm amazed at what great people they are. This is a fruit platter I made for our New Beginnings program we had a few weeks ago.
Last Saturday was the General Young Women's meeting for our entire church. When I arrived at the church to watch it, all these flags were out in front. Each color represents a different value to help the girls through their life. I thought it was so cool to see these displayed.
