On August 27th we flew to Utah to surprise my mom on her birthday. My mom and I share a birthday and we've only been apart on that day two times (the past two years) so we thought it would be fun to surprise her and make it extra special-and it was! She was very surprised and we had a ton of fun. My brother Josh loved playing with Jackson...
... even though Jackson wasn't very nice to him!
Jackson was the king of the pool!
It was nice to have warm weather as well as a pool to swim in.
We surprised my mom again by staying up at the Canyons. She just thought she and my dad were going out to eat, but all the kids were up there to crash their party! We had a little trouble on the way, however and the surprise was almost spoiled...
... but we made it before my mom and dad got up there! (yes my family is a little weird, but whose isn't?)
My mom had thought that Kevin, Jackson and I had gone home, so she was especially excited to spend some more time with her very spoiled grandson!
She and my sister Cassidy gave Jackson a bath and they styled his hair.
On Saturday the weather was perfect and we hung out at Park City where we went on the Alpine Slide...

The lines got pretty long toward the end of the day, but it was fun to spend time with family. The reason Kevin isn't in this picture is because he went to the BYU football game. He was slightly excited to enter the Lavell Edward's stadium again!
There were even rides for Jackson to go on. And my little sister Cassidy was nice enough to ride with him!
It was hard to leave after having so much fun with family. Happy Birthday Mom!

It's so great to see pictures of your family. I miss them! By the way, congrats to Tiffany! I'm so excited that she's engaged.
So you heard that Dave and I are expecting! We're both so excited adn it's so fun to know that it's a boy. I have been feeling really good, my only complaint is that I'm gaining weight, but the doctor has assured me it's necessary! :)
