Yes, I know its almost Christmas, but hey, better late than never right? We decided to go and visit my family for Thanksgiving and it was so fun to spend time with all my siblings (minus Jared who is on a mission). Tyson was playing the piano one evening and Jackson wanted to join him!

Jackson helped
Cassidy roll out the pie crust.

A few days before Thanksgiving Kevin and I took Jackson on the Polar Express ride. He is IN LOVE with Trains and so this was the most exciting thing. He even wore his "
choo choo" pajamas.

They had these cute elves helping out.

When we got on the train Jackson looked out the window like this for about 10 minutes.

Here are the bakers that brought us chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate!

Jackson eating his cookie. When the kids were all done with their food the elves handed out The Polar Express books and we read the story.

Mrs. Claus came to give us her cookie recipe.
We even got a surprise visitor- Santa!

He gave Jackson a bell.

Jackson loves holding that bell and listening to it ring. After that we sang Christmas songs. It was all so magical. I felt like I was a little kid again.

This is outside the train, but it was pretty dark so its hard to see.

We stayed in a hotel with my family and there are a bunch of hot tubs so took Jackson a few times. I thought this picture was so cute of him in his swim suit, hat and boots!

Looks like lots of festive fun! I love his train jammies!
CaUte!!! Love that polar express train ride. Was that in UT? How fun is that. I borrowed that book from the library and now Kate loves it when we read it. She would love something like that.
