Cards and Flowers

I know I'm a week late, but there has just been so much to talk about. I'll try to catch up. Last week I had a great Mother's Day. Kevin made me waffles, before he went to his Sunday meetings. Church was wonderful as usual and then we came home and Kev made BBQ chicken, fried potatoes and veggies. It was yummy. After that Kevin disappeared to the back room so Jackson and I started playing on the floor. All of a sudden Kevin came and picked Jackson up without a word and they both disappeared to the back room! Finally they came out and Jackson was holding a card. Well he was actually chewing on the corner of it!. We had to keep turning it so he wouldn't get paper in his mouth! He had signed his name on the inside. It was very thoughtful of him. Thanks Jackson! I also got a very nice card from Kevin. He didn't chew on his, but he did write a nice note inside. Thanks Kev!

These roses that Jackson is carefully admiring actually weren't for Mother's Day. They were for our anniversary, which was two days later. I'll be posting other pictures for that soon.
