St. Patrick's Day Celebrations
I decided it would be fun to really celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year. We had a green meal with corned beef. Not Kevin's favorite, but he played along and made the evening fun. For dessert I put (green) mint filling inbetween two chocolate cookies. They turned out yummy.

Corned beef isn't Paul's favorite either, which I don't understand because it's so yummy! :)
