Happy meals at a newly remodeled McDonalds near us were cheap, so I took the kids there one afternoon and they had lots of fun playing.
Jackson got his kindergarten shots at his 5 year checkup. He had to get FIVE shots and would have gotten six except he got the nasal flu vaccine. He actually hated getting it sprayed up his nose and the five shots didn't even phase him! I was amazed. He totally posed for this picture.
We had a friend over while her parents celebrated their wedding anniversary. I thought it was cute that they all sat on this big chair together.
One day Madison was having a rough time. I was in middle of making dinner and couldn't give her all the attention she needed so I put her on this chair with some books. Next thing I knew, Kaitlyn was doing all she could to comfort Madison. It was the sweetest thing ever.
Jackson was playing around one evening and he made me laugh when he climbed onto Kevin's legs and was swinging back and forth. It was hilarious.
That night he decided to build a temple with his legos. Jackson is so proud of this and won't let anyone near it because he knows it will get broken if he does!

Jackson looks so tough with all those band-aids! I had a dtap booster last week and my arm was soo sore for four days! Jackson is tougher than me, for sure!
We were looking through some old pictures and saw some of your Grandma Payne when she was a little girl. Kaitlyn sure does bear a resemblance to her!
