Cheese Fest

A few weeks ago Jackson woke up and he and Kevin discovered a frog outside Jackson's window. They wasted no time going out to find the poor creature. He got to sit in this box while Kevin mowed the lawn. Jackson got it all the grass it would need and watched it the whole time.

We went to a cheese fest around here (yes, we are in Wisconsin)and they had the most amazing petting zoo I've ever seen. Look at this huge turtle!

Little ducks...

Jackson's (and my) favorite-bunnies.

Kaitlyn just wanted to SQUEEEEEZE them.
Looks like this will be our first pet when we become home owners! Kevin already gave his consent. I can't wait.

Piglets

and a calf!

Jackson flashing his little "shy" grin while he rides up and down on the helicopter.

And of course the cheesefest would not go on without a HUGE block of cheese to be carved. This guy was carving Lambeau Field (Green Bay Packer's Stadium of course).

This guy carved a baseball player. It was pretty amazing to see how well they do this with cheese.

Looks like you're getting in all the Wisconsin you can before you leave! I've never heard of cheese carving before, but it makes perfect sense given the venue! I like the pic of Kaitlyn trying to squeeze the bunny! I can imagine the excitement that was running through her little body!
