Here is my toddler. He looks like a little man. I have some very good friends who just had a new baby and they brought him over to visit. I can hardly believe Jackson was really that small, and that we will soon have another one that tiny.
Right now Jackson loves to read books. I often see him in his room looking at the pictures and talking about them. He also loves to play with cars (he's definitely a boy). Lately he has started pointing at different things and then looking at me to see what it is called. His favorite words are bye bye, whoops, throw, and wher'd it go? Unfortunately he doesn't just use the word throw when he is holding a ball. Usually its when he is sitting in his high chair. The carpet will never be the same! I think Jackson is starting to get suspicious that something is going on because we've talked to him a lot about babies. I'm sure he doesn't totally understand, but he has been requiring a lot more attention and will pat my belly often. Another one of his favorite things is going for a walk outside to see his daddy come home from work. When he sees Kevin's car, Jackson will just start running towards it. It makes Kevin's whole day. I love to see how happy Jackson is with his dad.
Jackson is currently in the 80% for height, 20% for weight. He sleeps from about 8PM to 7:30 AM and takes 2-3 hour naps in the afternoon. He is the joy of our life and I love waking up in the morning to see our little guy.
